Returns & Replacement Policy
We offer a 10-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Products damaged after use
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Incorrect size selection by customer (please check size chart carefully)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
Replacement Process
If approved, replacement products will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
